BDM2025: SALES ACCOUNTS AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart.:

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients

Responsibilities:

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Determine the range of services to be sold, contributes to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets.
• Conduct high-level industry research to identify new markets, customer needs and develop effective sales solutions
• Compiles and analyses sales figures, prepares proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities, and undertakes market research.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives and handles customer accounts.
• Produces reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Recruits and trains entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
• Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople.
• Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address client challenges effectively.
• Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques.
• Ability to analyse data and draw meaningful insights for clients.
